Position Summary

Coordinates administration of tasks and processes relating to various phases of OR/SPD operations support as outlined in duties below.

Duties
  1. Manages and maintains annual credentialing requirements for an assigned employee group.  Uploads employee credentialing documentation to portal/database/other and provides the appropriate documentation to HR as required per the standard work instruction.
  2. Partners with management and HR to develop community involvement, associate events, rewards & recognition programs for assigned locations and in the communities where STERIS is present
  3. Runs MySPD Reports
  4. Audits the portal/database/other per the assigned frequency for the assigned client group.  Drives actions to ensure the portal/database/other remains compliant.
  5. Provides support to the audit team during the audit process.
  6. Assists managers with new hires related to onboarding, training, travel to orientation and training, etc.

7. Provides administrative support, coordination and management of employee travel.

8. Provides administrative support for report generation, analysis, workforce scheduling, and business metrics for Customer interface and internal operational use.

9. Creates Customer Business reviews using business metrics and field feedback.

10. Provides administrative support to directors to track completion of field due items.

11. Assists with Onsite Customer billing. 

12. Provides administrative support for expense report processing, expense auditing and tracking.

13. Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Education Degree
High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
  1. High School Diploma Required, Bachelors Degree Preferred
  2. Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
  3. This position is hybrid in office and work from home. 
  4. Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements
