Responsibilities
  • Offer stellar customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to share feedback and improve service quality.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and brainstorm new solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Czech, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in technology.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software.
