Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Syndikusrechtsanwalt (m/w/d).


Deine Aufgaben

  • Rechtliche Beratung der Geschäftsführung und Fachabteilungen in allen unternehmensrelevanten Rechtsfragen (z. B. Arbeitsrecht, Vertragsrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht, Datenschutz)
  • Erstellen, Prüfen und Verhandeln von Verträgen mit nationalen und internationalen Geschäftspartnern
  • Ggfs. Vertretung des Unternehmens in rechtlichen Auseinandersetzungen und vor Gericht
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Compliance-Strategien und -Prozessen
  • Schnittstelle zu externen Kanzleien und Anwälten, falls erforderlich
  • Unterstützung bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und im Bereich Corporate Governance
  • Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter zu rechtlichen Themen, insbesondere zu neuen Gesetzesänderungen
