Fundraising Manager

This role will support Kheyti’s fundraising and donor management efforts. The Fundraising Manager will work with the Chief of Staff and CEO to develop and manage relationships with donors by crafting proposals, ensuring regular communications and timely reporting to donors.

What you will do

Proposal writing and Fundraising research 

• Draft proposals based on requirements and coordinate with sales, service and finance teams to collect data and information to craft KPIs, activities and budgets
  

• Complete applications of interest, grant and award applications and regularly update Kheyti’s funding profile on key platforms
  

• Supporting the AVP- Fundraising with research on prospective donors and regularly updating Kheyti’s donor pipeline
  

• Designing presentations, newsletters and other funder facing collateral for fundraising activities
  

Donor reporting and relationship management

• Assist in managing Kheyti’s relationships with donors- including global and Indian institutions, venture philanthropists, corporates and family foundations 
  

• Facilitate timely delivery (writing and reviewing)  of reports in line with donor expectations and reporting timelines 
  

• Prepare stakeholder specific reports and assist in completing the due diligence requirements of donors by coordinating and collating data from various Kheyti operational teams
  

• Assist in managing and updating Kheyti’s internal donor management systems and ensure all donor details are regularly and accurately recorded in the databas
  

• Support AVP Fundraising and CEO in representation activities with donors to strengthen Kheyti’s donor base and financial sustainability 
  

Ideal persona

Qualifications

• 2-4 years total experience. At least 2 years experience in fundraising, specifically grant writing, proposal writing, reporting and communications.
  

• Bachelor's degree in any field 
  

• Excellent written communication and design skills to create proposals, reports, emails, presentations etc.
