Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience Strong understanding of surgical procedures, medical terminology, and clinical environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Proficiency in using sales CRMs (eg Hubspot, Sales force)

Core responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies that align with business goals and market demands. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, healthcare providers, and hospital administrators. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our surgical products and their application within various procedures. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements. Deliver compelling presentations to educate customers on product features, benefits, and clinical outcomes. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to meet revenue targets and achieve customer satisfaction. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
