Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Summary:

Position Type: Contract
Anticipated Duration: 9 months (March 2025 - December 2025)
Location: Midwest (25% onsite, 75% remote)

The Patient Access Analyst will support the configuration and optimization of Epic's Patient Access module. This role involves working closely with patient services teams to ensure that system workflows are efficient and meet operational needs.

Responsibilities:

- Support the configuration and optimization of the Patient Access module.

- Collaborate with patient services teams to ensure workflows align with operational needs.

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide go-live support.

- Assist with post-implementation optimization.



Requirements
Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT.

- Epic Patient Access certification required.

- Experience with system configuration and workflow optimization.

Expected Travel:

25% onsite travel in the Midwest.

Expected Schedule:

Full-time, remote with occasional onsite travel.




Salary:

80000-120000
