Responsibilities:

We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our B2B sales efforts. The ideal candidate will make outbound calls to credit union executives, qualify leads, and update our CRM system (Pipedrive or Lemlist).

  • Conduct outbound calls to credit union executives using a provided script.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest in our products or services.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for our sales team.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Pipedrive, Dynamics or Lemlist).
  • May utilize additional software for calls, such as Gong or Outreach (training provided).
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong telephone call etiquette and ability to read from a script.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics, Pipedrive or Lemlist preferred, not required).
  • Experience in the financial services or auto insurance industry (a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
