Job description

We are looking for a remote Sales Manager for a recruiting agency.

We are a recruitment company working with clients from the USA, Canada, Europe, and Ukraine. We offer our clients recruitment services for technical positions (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, General IT).

Currently, our team consists of 20 people, and we keep growing. The team works fully remotely, with the main office located in Chicago, USA.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to find new clients in Europe and the USA (IT companies).

You will be part of a team with an American manager, so fluent English is required.

Job overview:

  • Recruiters will provide you with PROMO candidates.
  • You will prepare anonymous candidate profiles to present to potential clients.
  • You will engage in “cold” outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms to find and attract new IT companies to collaborate with.
  • You will communicate with new/potential clients, present our services, and gather necessary vacancy details.
  • You will transfer vacancy descriptions from clients to the recruiting team.

Team: American manager — Sales coach and a fully remote team in Ukraine.

Compensation:

  • Salary from $1000 to $2000/month for full-time work.
  • Bonuses of $500/month for achieving 100% of KPIs.
  • Salary review every 6 months.
  • Payment in USD to your FOP account every month.

Monthly KPIs:

  • Number of presentations for new clients — 10.
  • Number of signed contracts with new clients — 2.

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling services or recruitment is required.
  • Ability to identify decision-makers is a must.
  • Fluent English for communication and working with international clients.
  • The interview will be conducted in English.
