Renaissance Global is growing and are looking for a School Support Coordinator to join our UK sales team.

Salary & Location:

This is a remote UK role and all candidates but must be based in the UK.

We offer a basic salary of up to £27,000 per annum, plus the opportunity to earn commission of £10,000 per annum (paid monthly up to £833.33 per month)

The Role

The primary responsibility of the School Support Coordinator is to manage school-level renewal activities to achieve personal and team sales targets. This role is a key part in ensuring the central Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) team achieves our overall renewal and new business targets. By providing excellent day to day support the School Support Officer will build strong relationships with schools, ultimately ensuring that our customers see the value of our assessment solutions.

The role will work closely with the Education Advisers on renewal opportunities and Education Consultants on new business opportunities, ensuring a smooth sales and renewals cycle for schools and MATs.

Responsibilities: 

 The responsibilities of the School Support Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage allocated sales leads to achieve team target and personal KPI’s
  • Maintain a renewals and upsell pipeline
  • Prepare & send quotations for customers
  • Place renewal and top-up orders
  • Provide day-to-day support for customers over e-mail and phone
  • Communicate with customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Update our CRM system, Spirit, with all activities and customer interactions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the GL Assessment products, reports and platforms, such that these can be demonstrated as needed for the customer
  • Work collaboratively with Education Advisers and Education Consultants by:
  1. Identifying cross-sell opportunities within customer accounts, and referring these on to Education Consultants to complete the new business cycle
  2. Sharing key renewal information and new contacts with Education Advisers, to inform the MAT-level renewal process
  • Support the School Groups Manager, following processes, procedures and allocated workload.
  • Attend team meetings and training in person throughout the year as required, with occasional overnight stays.

Requirements / Skills required: 

To be considered to join our UK sales team you will be or have

  • Excellent communication skills – including telephone manner, written & spoken English (E)
  • Competent in using MS Office, particularly Excel (E)
  • Works independently with minimal supervision and able to use own initiative (E)
  • Team player – able to meet personal objectives whilst helping others to meet their own (E)
  • Knowledge of the different roles & purchasers within schools and multi-academy trusts (D)
  • Highly adaptive, able to multitask and working at speed (E)
  • Knowledge of the relationship between individual schools and multi-academy trusts (D)
