The ideal candidate should be adept in sourcing candidates for customer support, technical support, and sales positions, particularly across German, Dutch, and Nordic language markets. You will operate as an independent contractor, receiving a competitive commission based on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sourcing and screening of qualified candidates across diverse European markets.
  • Focus on roles requiring German, Dutch, and Nordic languages for customer and technical support, as well as sales.
  • Achieve a target of at least three successful placements per month.
  • Utilize your personal sourcing tools and expertise in social media platforms to identify and engage candidates.
  • Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process to deliver suitable candidates for AMSpace.
  • Promote job opportunities and expertly match candidates with client needs.
  • Maintain an updated and robust candidate pipeline through proactive networking.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in volume recruitment with a specialization in multilingual roles.
  • Registered as a freelancer or consultant, enabling flexible contractual employment.
  • Proficient in English and highly preferred proficiency in German, Dutch, or any Nordic languages.
  • Extensive knowledge of the European recruitment market and familiarity with industry-specific platforms.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to meet or exceed recruitment targets within a commission-based framework.
