Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting top talent to our clients , managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This job is a work from home opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
Manage job postings and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role with an agency
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Familiarity with HR software and ATS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
