The main responsibilities of a RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST include:

  • Ensure Regular contact with a Candidate pool
  • Completing accurate and timely recording of candidates on Bullhorn
  • Following the HCL process and protocol, utilizing the right templates to make sure candidates are informed
  • Proactive and Speaking to recruitment consultants and compliance team
  • Source and develop candidate pool with IELTS passed to maximize opportunities
  • Liaise with the Compliance team to ensure efficient and fast turnaround of Candidates to Compliant status
  • Ensure all candidate’s information is processed and recorded via the Bullhorn system

Objective:

  • Identify and generate a flow of candidates via various mediums. Including database, advertising, social networking,
  • Prescreening candidates and ensuring they have relevant qualifications/experience
  • Formatting CVs using the company’s template
  • Requesting/assessing tests
  • Booking candidates into interviews and giving interview preparation
  • Recommending clients to candidates depending on their experience/department/team specific
  • Learn the process for end to end of Nurse recruitment
  • Learn international requirements of candidates – Language requirements/processes

Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Extensive exposure and high competency within standard IT Packages (MS Office, email suits, et)
  • Extensive exposure to and subsequent ability and accuracy within CRM/Database systems
  • Numerical Competency
