Requirements

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient with consumer technology and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
