Job Title: Financial Analyst 3
Job Description
This team in Redmond, WA handles resource planning for the organization, deciding how many people should be resourced in different parts of the business to enable the right strategies for different solution areas across geographies. This role will contribute to leading the worldwide blueprint conversation across different stakeholders and business teams. Responsibilities include connecting data from these conversations and converting it into different data reports and dashboards. The typical task breakdown includes 40% data pulling, 20% report building, 20% data analysis, and 10% meetings/communication.

The main functions of a financial analyst are to gather and analyze financial information, conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs, and communicate financial information for clients. Responsibilities include assembling spreadsheets, drawing charts and graphs, analyzing financial information, interpreting data affecting investment programs, and presenting oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries.
Hard Skills
- Minimum 5 years experience with working with various sources to pull data in real-time (e.g., Mercury, MSSales, KPI Lake, AzHR, MS People, PnL Cube)
- Minimum 5 years experience juggling multiple differently structured cubes and data lakes; advanced Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery, DAX formulas, PowerBI Desktop)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to fully own models, including maintenance and implementation of required improvements based on feedback
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data
- Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations as related to accounting
- Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software

Job Type
This is a contract position with a pay range of $47-$55.
Work Environment
Remote - PST core hours required
