JOB TITLE: Senior Technical Consultant

Critical Qualifications And Experience

5 years of experience in technical consulting / developer roles, working in Power Platform solutions, primarily with:
Canvas Power Apps
Power Automate Flows
Model Driven Apps
Power BI
Copilot / Power Virtual Agents
Dynamics 365 CE
PCF Controls
Experience assessing Client requirements/scope and recommending appropriate solutions.
JavaScript, HTML or C# knowledge and experience working with XML resources.
Ability to work ensuring the project quality meets standards through KPI identification.
Ability to Support the team in defining technical, operational and user requirements.
Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models

Non-technical Skills Include

Familiar with the core Microsoft offerings.
Consulting experience working with external clients.
Client management skills and the ability to work with clients to develop and manage an action plan.
Implementation experience across multiple industries e.g. Health and Public Sector, Resources, Utilities, Retail, Logistics, Communications and Media, Insurance, Professional Services and Banking.
Experience working with global/offshore teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
