Job description

Our client is seeking a talented Ecommerce Manager to oversee and manage our online retail presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth across all ecommerce channels, including the company's website, Amazon store, and social media platforms. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improve customer experience, and optimize overall online performance.

Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager or similar role, preferably in the wellness or consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Tiktok shop) and digital marketing tools.
Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and online advertising strategies.
Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
