Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Address customer inquiries efficiently and provide them with accurate information regarding automotive products and services.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Keep up-to-date with company offerings and automotive industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
