Our client is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Point Cloud Processing Specialist for a permanent position (CDI).
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for point cloud alignment and registration, ensuring precision, efficiency, and robustness.
Develop techniques for point cloud segmentation, denoising, and simplification.
Analyze and enhance the performance of these solutions.
Collaborate with other developers to deliver cohesive and reliable products.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in 3D data processing, contributing innovative ideas and approaches to tackle complex challenges.
Requirements:
Engineering degree or equivalent in Computer Graphics or a related field, with a focus on 3D data processing and point cloud processing.
Strong background in algorithm development, particularly in point cloud transformation and mesh processing.
Proficiency in programming languages, especially C++ and Python.
Familiarity with relevant libraries, frameworks, and tools in 3D computer graphics and computational geometry.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Self-reliance, innovative mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
