カスタマーオンボーディングサービスコンサルタントは、プロジェクトマネージャーの指示に従い、導入ライフサイクルのすべての段階に携わる仕事です。

役割に含まれる内容:

  • 準備ー調査、要件収集、および設定
  • 設定―ユーザー受け入れテストとパラレルペイロールを行う
  • 実行―本番稼働への切り替えと稼働後のサポート
  • 収集した要件に基づいて設定のテストを確認する
  • 各項目を綿密にレビューした後、分析的思考と問題解決す気宇を使用してテストの不一致を確認する
  • 結果を内外のチームに対して明確かつ簡潔に報告する
  • 標準からの逸脱があればそれを文書化しオペレーションチームのレビューと承認を受ける。

業務内容

  • プロジェクトのすべてのフェーズに参加する(Ready, Set, Go)
  • 管理型サービスの標準プロセスに関して頼りになる人材となる。これには標準化された情報をクライアントに提示することも含まれる。
  • 給与計算処理の確定に関する標準的な日程をクライアントに提示し、役割と責任に関する標準的なサポートを行う
  • リファイン段階でクライアントのビジネス要件を検証する
  • テストサイクル内での不一致を調査し優先順位付け(トリアージ)を行う
  • プロジェクトミーティングに参加しテスト作業の進捗状況や他の担当成果物の状況を報告する
  • クライアントおよび同僚とともにワーキングセッションを実施する
  • プロジェクトの知識や情報を社内オペレーションチームに引き継ぎクライアントのサービス移行を完了させる

  • 学士号または同等の経験
  • 日本における給与計算処理の経験(4〜6年)Workcloudシステム知識があればより良い
  • 日本における給与計算処理と関連法規の知識を有していること
  • 日本における法定調書の提出経験に関する知識を有していること
  • 日本語と英語に堪能であること
  • 臨機応変に、また定期的に、行動することや決定したことおよびテストで見つかった不具合を文書化する能力
  • 標準化されたテスト形式を用いて、顧客ごとの特性に合わせた個別のテストシナリオを作成する能力
  • テスト不具合(根本原因分析)のトラブルシューティング、調査、文書化の経験
  • カスタムプロセスの標準作業手順書の作成経験

About The Opportunity

Dayforce is a provider of labor-related outsourcing services and cloud solutions to more than 5,000 companies globally.

In Japan, we provide a centralized payroll and attendance management service through our self-developed cloud system, "Workcloud".

The Customer Onboarding Services Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle under the direction of the Project Manager.

These Stages Include

  • Ready- Discovery, requirement gathering and configuration.
  • Set- User Acceptance Testing and Parallel
  • Go- Production cut over and post go-live support.
  • Review the testing of the configuration based on requirements gathered
  • Review testing discrepancies after a thorough review of each item using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Reporting out results to the internal and external teams in a clear concise manner
  • Documentation of any deviations from the Managed Standard for the Managed Operation’s team review and approval

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Be involved in all project phases (Ready, Set and Go)
  • Be a “go-to” resource for Managed Services standard processes, which

includes presenting standardized information to the customer.

  • Provide customers with standard timelines around payroll commits and

general assistance for roles and responsibilities.

  • Validate customer’s business requirements during the Refine Stage
  • Research and triage discrepancies within the testing cycle
  • Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of testing

activities and any other owned deliverables.

  • Conduct working sessions with customer and internal resources.
  • Conduct a knowledge transfer with Managed Operations to fully

transition client.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of Japan payroll Processing experience with Workcloud

system knowledge will be an added advantage

  • Japan payroll and Statutory knowledge
  • Knowledge of Statutory filing experience in Japan
  • Be fluent in both Japanese & English languages
  • Ability to document actions, decisions, and testing discrepancies in both an ad hoc and prescribed time interval
  • Ability to write customer specific unit test scenarios in standardized

testing format

  • Experience in troubleshooting, researching and documenting testing discrepancies (RCAs)
  • Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures for custom processes

What Would Make You Really Stand Out

  • Prior experience with both payroll and benefits with HCM Software
  • Prior functional experience with Dayforce HCM
  • Great customer service and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of how managed payroll or benefits functions
  • Ability to work with Microsoft office products such as Excel and power point
  • Ability to stay organized, Prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to be flexible with timelines and changes
