In the DX Solutions Division, which is the department currently recruiting, we leverage our extensive service development experience and operational know-how to support the construction of highly agile IT organizations for large corporate clients. This includes planning digital products, consulting on UI/UX, collaborating with our development subsidiary in Vietnam for agile development teams, and providing data-driven improvement know-how.
We sell software development practices, design, workshops, agile processes, engineering, cloud, AI. We do not sell packages or package implementations. Job Description
As an Account Manager contributing to our clients' DX, you will broadly manage business activities, including strategy planning and profit management for assigned clients.
We seek individuals who can view change as an opportunity and who possess leadership and persistent action to build relationships with clients and support them in taking the next step forward.
Duties:
- Planning and executing account strategies for assigned clients
- Budgeting and profit management for assigned clients
- Building relationships and managing accounts with global clients
- Providing solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Managing team members within the department (if hired for a managerial position)
