About The Opportunity

Dayforce is seeking a Corporate Compliance Analyst to assist with ensuring the company and its employees comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies across global markets. The successful candidate will assist the Corporate Compliance Manager in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, trainings, and procedures to minimize the company's risk exposure pertaining to matters including anti-corruption, insider trading, records retention, sanctions, modern slavery, off-channel communications, policy management, and lobbying.

What You’ll Get To Do

  • Assist the Corporate Compliance Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor for changes to relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and provide guidance to management and employees on compliance-related issues.
  • Ensure the timely and regular rollout of compliance training programs for employees.
  • Develop compliance messaging and communications plan by region and department.
  • Review policies to ensure standardization and maintain the company’s central policy site.
  • Assist in conducting internal investigations related to compliance issues and develop corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Monitor and audit the company's compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to corporate compliance for management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders as needed to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • 2+years of relevant experience in corporate compliance, business administration, or similar field
  • Excellent written communication and good verbal communication in English
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
