Job Summary:

The Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers, executing renewals, upselling existing accounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Duties/Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas by securing new Recon, Scout, and Feeds deals.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, converting leads into prospects.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce and generate new opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Qualify and convert MQLs into sales opportunities.

Account Management:

  • Execute renewals and upsell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), calls, emails, and events to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Customer Onboarding and Enablement:

  • Support customer onboarding and enablement to ensure successful adoption and usage of products.
  • Lead customer enablement initiatives, including training sessions and presentations on new use cases.

Salesforce Management:

  • Record all sales activities and update opportunity records in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Utilize the MEDDPICC framework in Salesforce to drive sales effectiveness and pipeline management.

Customer Analytics and Insights:

  • Collaborate with CST to establish a customer analytics division, leveraging data for insights on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, informing sales strategies.

Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Work closely with Marketing to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to optimize efforts.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Prior work experience in the cyber threat intelligence industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in sales processes, methodologies, and tools, including Salesforce, Zoom Info and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or sales enablement is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Availability to travel up to 25%.
