The Role
Morning Consult is seeking a highly experienced, strategic Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Platform to drive complex, highvalue enterprise sales and accelerate our growth trajectory. This advanced role is ideal for a sales leader with a proven track record of exceeding quotas in SaaS, data, or market research environments, and who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous situations requiring creative solutions.
As a senior member of our SaaS Sales team, you will independently own and drive the full sales cycle for our most strategic opportunities, leveraging your expertise to influence key decisionmakers and shape the future of our client relationships. You will also play a critical role in mentoring and developing less experienced team members, contributing to the overall success and culture of the team.
What Youll Be Working On:
Lead complex, highvalue sales cycles with minimal oversight, including advanced Qualification, Discovery, and deal structuring for enterprise clients.
Develop and execute creative strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships, often in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
Own topoffunnel and fullcycle sales activities—from prospecting and outreach to closing—while setting the standard for best practices and innovative approaches.
Deliver compelling, customized platform demonstrations and thought leadership to Clevel and executive stakeholders, leveraging deep product and industry knowledge.
Analyze complex client needs and market data to craft tailored solutions and proposals that align with both client objectives and Morning Consult’s strategic goals.
Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and providing insights to inform business strategy.
Mentor and coach team members, sharing expertise, and fostering a collaborative, highperformance environment.
Contribute to the development of sales methodologies and processes, helping to shape the future of the Business Development team.
Represent Morning Consult externally as a subject matter expert, building relationships with key industry leaders and partners.
Continuously improve through feedback and proactively share actionable insights to drive team and organizational improvement.
Perform other tasks and duties as may be required or assigned from time to time in the Company’s discretion.
About You and What Youve Done:
8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong record of closing complex deals in SaaS, data, or market research environments.
BSBA or equivalent; advanced degree a plus.
Demonstrated ability to independently manage and close highvalue, multistakeholder sales cycles.
Deep intellectual curiosity and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Advanced knowledge of marketing, communications, data, or brand strategy.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and Clevel audiences.
Familiarity with survey research and its methods (highly valued, but not required).
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and elevate team performance.
Experience contributing to the development of sales processes, methodologies, or best practices.

The expected salary range for this position is $107,500 – $174,900, with a midpoint of $141,200.
