CereCore is seeking a MEDITECH Magic OR Analyst to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for MEDITECH EMR software and other MEDITECH clinical applications.
  • Perform workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of MEDITECH applications.
  • Possess clinical and application knowledge and experience.
  • Execute builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed.
  • Support applications throughout all phases of implementation.
  • Deliver post-implementation training, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Work within cross-functional team and with end-users to achieve application integration to meet clinical needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with MEDITECH Magic. Expanse experience preferred.
  • Experience with business process analysis and design, including identification and implementation of best practices.
  • Surgical background, PACU end user preferred.
  • Role may include but is not exclusive of; Verifying the surgical records to send charges; reconciling implants/vendor bills with the surgical record, deferring records for scheduling purposes.
  • Accounting operational experience preferred
  • Must have attention to detail and work well with a remote team
  • Willingness to learn new tasks
