Job Description:
We are currently seeking a creative, determined, and energetic Senior-Level Developer to join our team and support custom application development of HR solutions. This role involves working with clients to shape and advise on strategic engagements, based on customer needs, in the areas of MicroApplications, DevSecOps, and Enterprise Transformations through custom applications.
Primary Duties
Shapes and builds excellent relationships with customers and mission stakeholders by creating a positive customer experience.
Designs and implements reusable development frameworks.
Leads high performing customer-centric development teams in the JHSBU.
Works closely with the clients to understand their mission space, gain trust, propose creative solutions, and get buy-in for design and implementation.
Effectively reviews and determines areas of priority and effective methods by which to implement them.
Supports the creation and sustainment of mature containerized DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing of applications and infrastructure, where necessary, with teams.
Advises on and structures the collection of metrics and lessons learned across contracts to help improve delivery with customers and use for expanding opportunities with prospective clients.
Connects with industry and channel resources to collaborate and bring innovative approaches to client work.
Develops custom micro applications, per client specifications.
Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00
