Salary: £33,820 plus London allowance of £3,520 if applicable.


Location: Blended between office and home (England and Wales). Time in office negotiable

We’re looking for a Corporate Volunteering Officer to support the development and delivery of our corporate volunteering offer across the Citizens Advice service. Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships team and Volunteering team you will play a key role in growing our portfolio of corporate volunteering partnerships, collecting impact data that informs our future approach and supporting the research and development of new partnership proposals. This is an exciting role in a successful, friendly and supportive team.

  • Passionate about volunteering, fundraising and partnerships with experience of building strong relationships and working collaboratively.
  • Proven ability to manage a wide ranging and varied workload, coordinate a range of projects and ensure activities are delivered to deadline.
  • Knowledge of good practice in volunteer management, including a good understanding of corporate volunteering and the motivations and impact of a corporate organisation facilitating volunteering for their employees.
  • Experience of working on own initiative and as part of a geographically dispersed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to deal with people face to face, by email and on the telephone.

The National Citizens Advice operates from offices in England and Wales, with 4 regional offices based in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Leeds, therefore all successful applicants must be based within England or Wales.
