The Analyst, Lead Sales Effectiveness role is responsible for strategy and coordination / execution of all activities related to the deployment of sales enablement tools and Sales Plays to provide the right information and activity at the right time to the Contract Sales organization. This role will work to bring cross-functional teams together, consult to all areas of Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations, and be responsible for implementing & tracking all Sales Enablement strategies. This role will be responsible for the execution of projects that provide significant return on investment to the overall P&L through improved sales productivity, top line sales improvement and margin enhancement.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Develop and implement sales enablement tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support sales efforts, and other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field
- Type of experience: B2B, sales enablement
- Comfortable with matrix environment, data analytics, tech savvy
*Remote: While this position does not currently require relocation, candidates within a radius of our physical locations, including, but not be limited to Boca Raton, Itasca, and Austin, will be required to work in the office a minimum of two days a week beginning in September 2024.
