As the Director of Product Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that differentiate our SaaS products in a competitive landscape. Your responsibilities will include coaching and leading our expanding Product Marketing team, building and validating value propositions, and collaborating with Product Management and R&D teams to plan and execute successful product launches and product positioning.
Responsibilities
Coach and lead the expanding Product Marketing team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, R&D, Design, Customer Success, and Sales, to develop and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points that resonate with target audiences.
Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Translate complex technical features and capabilities into compelling customer-facing communications, including website content, sales collateral, product documentation, and educational resources.
Conduct thorough win/loss analysis to identify key insights and actionable recommendations for product improvements, sales messaging optimization, and market expansion opportunities.
Own end-to-end product launches, from planning and coordination to execution and post-launch analysis.
Lead the development of global go-to-market plans and messaging strategies, identifying target customer segments, ICPs, positioning strategies, and competitive differentiation points. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Manage the creation of sales and marketing materials to support internal teams and promote our products externally. Develop compelling sales presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral to showcase product value and drive customer engagement.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, industry analysts, and internal executives.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best-in-class marketing practices to inform strategy development and execution.
Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership Team to align product marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
Requirements
7 years of experience in product marketing at a Director or Manager level, preferably in SaaS with a product-first go-to-market approach.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in fast-growing companies. Managerial skills with a track record in developing teams.
Demonstrated experience in successfully rolling out product go-to-market strategies.
Experience with end-to-end product launches in a global or mid-market focused SaaS B2B product in the CRM/Low-code/No-code space.
Ability to turn analysis into actionable insights and clear recommendations.
Passion for user education, research, content, and business development.
Experience in successful stakeholder and project management.
Proficiency with marketing and product analytics tech stack tools.
Superb stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven track record of taking strategic decisions and successfully executing them in a fast-moving environment.
Ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Experience in developing sales and marketing presentations and collateral.
