Nor1 Implementation Specialist

Location: East Coast

Travel: Up to 25%

Language: Ideally bilingual in English and French/Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Lead Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of project implementation, ensuring milestones and schedules are met with precision.
  • Standardize Excellence: Develop and uphold consistent standards for seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate and Communicate: Review sales orders, verify product details with customers, and provide clear status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure Smooth Transitions: Manage the project closure process and transition to the Customer Success team effectively.

US: Hiring Range: from $21.15 - $42.93 per hour; from $44,000 - $89,300 per year. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
