Our client is a top insurance law firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Subrogated Recoveries Lawyer to join their industry-leading team on a remote working basis. This is a retrain opportunity for NQ-5 years PQE solicitors/lawyers with strong litigation experience.

Your new role

This Subrogated Recoveries Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of multi-track property damage insurance recoveries on behalf of a number of insurer clients. Claims will typically involve fire damage, floods, impact and escape of water. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for a permanent position dependent upon individual and team performance. This is a fully remote role and open to applicants nationwide.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 0–5 years PQE. Strong litigation experience is essential and defendant litigation experience is preferable. This is a retrain position and those with a background in personal injury or housing disrepair are encouraged to apply. Experience working on behalf of a number of large insurer clients is beneficial.
