Your missions

Location: Oxford, UK

Our mission is to unlock human potential. We welcome you for who you are, the background you bring, and we embrace individuals who get excited about learning. Bring your experiences, your perspectives, and your passion; it’s in our differences that we empower the way the world learns.

The Wiley Audience Solutions Team develops online solutions for corporations across various industries, such as health and life sciences, engineering, security, automation and finance, to engage with Wileys scientific and expert community. These solutions encompass online advertising, virtual events, educational websites, and recruitment marketing, leveraging the reach and authority of Wileys specialist journal portfolio.

We are expanding our Recruitment Marketing Solutions and are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help position and scale this offering. Our jobsites are powered by our proprietary Madgex job software.

As a member of the Product Marketing Team, you will primarily collaborate closely with Product Management, B2B/Field Marketing, and Corporate Sales to develop go-to-market strategies for Madgex Full Service Partners. This involves assessing partners needs, defining the value of our offering, increasing product awareness, and generating demand. You will manage go-to-market strategies for new job networks, including creating product materials, sales enablement tools, and training.

You will also be assigned occasionally to other initiatives led by the team across health and science technical engineering.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently, learn quickly, stay highly organized, and pay close attention to detail. The ideal candidate is a reliable, multi-tasking, results-driven, team player with excellent communication skills (both in person and in writing) and a good dose of humility.

How you will make an impact:

  • Go-to-Market for Products and Key Verticals
  • Market Insights & Voice of Customer
  • Personas & Value messaging
  • Sales Training & Enablement
  • Business Alignment & Collaboration

What we look for:

  • Understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communications skills
  • Ability to articulate complex information through simple words or visuals
  • Self-motivation to get the job done timely
  • Knowledge and understanding of systems and processes which support the marketing and sales functions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills: ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional team members
