SUMMARY
As a Strategic Business Development Executive at Summit Human Capital, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic business opportunities. You will work closely with senior leadership and various departments to develop targets and capture new business. This role requires a seasoned business executive who can acquire master service agreements (MSA) for medium and large companies. After acquiring the MSA's, you will partner with Account Manager and the Recruiting departments to obtain traction at the new account. A proven track record is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture & Develop:
    • This is the most important and primary responsibility for this role: collaborate with leadership to identify prospects that fit Summit's target client profile and strategically build relationships with key contacts to execute new Master Service Agreements. Negotiating and landing new Master Service Agreements with strategic prospects is the primary focus and success criteria of this role.
  • Market Analysis & Research:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze market data and industry dynamics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with management to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, channel partners, and industry influencers.
    • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
    • Transition new MSA relationships to Account Management & Recruiting
  • Financial Analysis & Modeling:
    • Perform financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability and profitability of new business opportunities.
    • Develop business cases and investment proposals for senior management review.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Consistently communicate progress, challenges, and results of business development activities.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related role.
    • Proven track record of identifying and executing successful business opportunities.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
