This is a remote position.

TekRecruiter is seeking a Technology Recruiter to join and grow its Technology Solutions business! We are currently a highly motivated small looking for another motivated individual who is entrepreneurial minded and is interested in growing a business and creating opportunity for themselves. We currently have over 16 Software Engineers delivering immaculate results at our various clients and we have very strong demand to grow that number significantly. We need a fundamentally strong recruiter who is business and money motivated while having a passion for Technology. We want to grow around and with this person.

Logistics:

  • Draw Structure (Max $2000/mo) + 30% Commission ($12,000+ per month)
  • Fully Remote

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of prior Technical Recruiting experience
  • Detailed oriented
  • Hard working

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings to shortlist candidates who meet client requirements.
  • Candidate Presentation: Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles, highlighting their strengths and fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring schedules align and preparing candidates for the process.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
  • Offer Negotiation: Assist in negotiating job offers between the client and candidate, including salary, benefits, and other employment terms.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for ongoing and future client needs.
  • Recruitment Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, placement rates, and client satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide clients with market insights.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
