Job description

Overview:
The Product Manager plays a critical role in the success of the organization by driving the development and execution of the product roadmap. They are responsible for understanding market needs, defining product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful products.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap and strategy
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs
  • Define product requirements and specifications
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product releases on time
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback
  • Drive product innovation and differentiation
  • Manage the product life cycle from ideation to launch
  • Identify and prioritize features based on business value and customer impact
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align product goals with overall business objectives
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure product success
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends
  • Communicate product updates and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
  • Support sales and customer success teams with product knowledge and resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Demonstrated success in delivering successful products to the market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
