Job Title: Assistant to Director of Finance Operations
Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant to the Director of Finance Operations to provide high-level support through leadership and oversight of the accounting team. This role involves prioritizing and executing departmental objectives, implementing best practices for growth, and meeting operational needs. The Assistant will ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions, support audit and new business initiatives, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and accounting policies. Responsibilities also include supporting the monthly close cycle, internal financial reporting and analysis, reviewing journal entries, revenue recognition analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.
