Project Description: Providing websites for the worlds largest automotive services and technology provider. Providing tailors leading solutions for car shoppers, auto manufacturers, dealers, lenders and fleets.

My responsibilities: As a BA, I worked closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.

Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information.

Analyse and document current state processes and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business requirements into technology solutions.

Provide support in the development, testing, and implementation of manufacturing systems.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the manufacturing process

Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to suggest improvements.

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of business requirements and project status.

Facilitate meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress
