Our clientele is expanding across various industries, and we're seeking driven sales professionals eager to tap into market segments that include manufacturers and end-users ready to harness IoT & AR technologies through connected applications.

With PTC’s ThingWorx and Vuforia, you'll be at the forefront of innovation. ThingWorx is revolutionizing the way we interact with smart, connected products, while Vuforia's augmented reality solutions are transforming the efficiency of inspection processes across industries. For instance, ThingWorx was utilized to develop a web-based user interface for micro-model CNC and HVAC machines, providing real-time data simulation. Vuforia, on the other hand, has been integrated into an AR pre-flight inspection application, enhancing pilot safety and reducing training costs.

Location: Remote, USA

Your Day-To-Day

  • Achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC’s IoT and AR line of solutions and services to global leaders in the industrial and commercial products space
  • Provide leadership to a cross-functional account team (sales, presales specialists, global services)
  • Significantly extend the existing strategic relationship with customers/prospects 
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close
  • Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities
  • Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients
  • Build high level executive/SVP relationship sales long term partnership


Skills and knowledge most relevant to the job:

  • Industry Experience: Background in closing business with customers in discrete manufacturing
  • Sales Track Record: Proven success in closing enterprise software deals of at least $500k
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team selling environment, leveraging the internal ecosystem
  • Performance: History of being a top performer, with recognition such as President’s Club.
  • Sales Targets: Experience with large deal sizes and meeting $1M+ quotas
  • Strategic Account Management: Capability in discovering new opportunities to grow within a large, geographical customer base, particularly in the realms of IoT and AR
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability initiating and nurturing relationships with key executives and stakeholders.
  • Pipeline Development: Demonstrated ability to create a sales pipeline.
  • Prioritization: Aptitude for prioritizing within accounts and engaging effectively.
