Your missions

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for Hungary/Romania. In this role, you will be responsible for the systematic expansion of our Targeted customers. You will support them from your home office and in the exceptional cases on customer’s site.
Become a part of our multinational team with around 300 employees from more than 33 different nationalities in Europe. Diversity is our strength!  We are looking forward to welcome highly motivated new members in our Sales team.
 
 
 
Your tasks will focus on the following activities: 
 

  • You take on and advise specific customer groups, such as special machine builders and series manufacturers, on existing portfolios with the aim of increasing sales.
  • You are going through your customers' internal network, identifying major projects and their development opportunities to achieve the KPIs.
  • You conduct market analyses: you research information about the market, competitors and relevant customer groups.
  • You implement strategies and tactics set by the management and report regularly on the activities in the field.
  • You work with various internal departments at the EU headquarters in Frankfurt.
  • You support our e-commerce strategy by positioning and promoting MISUMI specific solutions. 
  • You reliably maintain your new customer relationships in our CRM system.
Your profile
  • You have completed a technical degree with a business focus (e.g. industrial engineering), a commercial degree with a clear technical affinity (e.g. technical business administration) or a comparable completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in sales.
  • You bring extensive experience in establishing and expanding long-term customer relationships and convince with strong communication skills.
  • You have good presentation skills, and your appearance is confident and self-assured.
  • Your working style is characterized by entrepreneurial and results-oriented thinking and acting.
  • You are customer-oriented, a team player, show initiative and work independently as a matter of course.
  • You are business fluent in Hungarian, Romanian and English language
