As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at UGP, you’ll be at the forefront of our revenue-driving engine! Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ignite growth by turbo-charging our offshore solutions for digital media and recruitment companies. You’ll be the first touch point for potential clients, turning curiosity into genuine interest and setting the stage for amazing partnerships.


📣What You’ll Be Doing


● Hunt for Gold: Dive into prospecting and lead generation, uncovering potential clients in the digital media and recruitment sectors who can’t wait to benefit from our offshore solutions.

● Make Waves: Reach out to prospects with engaging emails, phone calls, and social media touches. Your goal? Spark interest and set up those all-important meetings and product demos.

● Qualify Like a Pro: Engage with leads to get to the heart of their needs, challenges, and goals. If they’re a perfect match for our services, you’ll know it!

● Keep the Pipeline Flowing: Stay on top of your game by managing an organized pipeline of leads in our CRM. Accurate, up-to-date info is key!

● Team Up: Work closely with our sales squad to ensure a seamless hand off of qualified leads. Your feedback on what’s working (and what’s not) will keep us all sharp.

● Stay in the Know: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and client needs to position our solutions perfectly.

● Shout It Out: Regularly update the team on your progress, from outreach activities to lead status and beyond.


🏅What You Bring to the Table


● Experience: You’ve got at least 2 years of sales experience under your belt, ideally in lead generation or business development. Experience in digital media or recruitment? Even better!

● Communication Whiz: You’re a natural at engaging and persuading potential clients, whether it’s through a well-crafted email or a dynamic phone call.

● Toolbox Master: You’re comfortable with the tools of the trade—Lusha, SourceWhale, Vincere, and Google Suite are your go-tos.

● Self-Starter: You’re driven, proactive, and ready to dive into the challenge of driving revenue growth.

● Flexible & Adaptable: New industry? New service? No problem—you learn fast and tailor your approach to meet client needs.
