Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive, energetic and technically minded Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily involve in helping the company growth in all aspects. This is from managing our inbound leads, improving systems (CRM, procedures etc), and providing operational support. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at problem-solving, has a technical mindset, brings high energy to their work, and can support the operation, marketing, recruitment teams. They should be outgoing, enjoy talking with people, and be comfortable running meetings. The ability to learn and adapt quickly is crucial. This position offers clear career progression into Operations Management and General Management roles, with the goal of growing the business 10x.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Management: Handle all inbound leads, respond to inquiries, and follow up on all communications. Manage leads within the HubSpot CRM and other platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process and Workflow Improvement: Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Operations: Act as an operations coordinator by running team meetings, keeping everyone accountable for their tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow. Replacing the GM in running operations.
  • System Building and Development: Develop and set up systems such as ClickUp, Monday.com, and candidate sourcing tools. Automate company operations and ensure these systems are user-friendly and optimized for team use.
  • Growth Development: Work towards growing the business through micro and macro improvements that contribute to the strategic growth and development of the company.
  • Marketing Support: Provide oversight on brand management and communication. Liaise with the content and social media teams to nurture and develop the brand, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
