Role: The Tax administrator will be part of a growing tax division within a thriving and fast-growing wealth management firm with nearly unlimited potential for future growth. The candidate must be curious, creative, client service oriented, and a team player, able to work with a variety of clients.
This candidate will act as a point of contact for assigned key relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as this role determines a significant part of the client experience. Learn more about our Tax practice here!
Location: Hybrid role with regular travel to our Ambler, PA office. Applicants must be located in or near Philadelphia.
A Day in the Life of a Tax Admin:
- Coordinate receipt and delivery of tax electronic organizers, returns, and payments with clients and team members
- Lead tax team efforts in on-time electronic filing submissions and tracking completed tax returns
- Assist with the preparation and completion of client tax returns and reports
- Provide client support and customer service on day-to-day issues with clients by responding both orally and via written communication
- Maintain CRM system to ensure all data is correct and accurate
- Provide administrative support (answer telephones, prepare correspondence, maintain files, etc)
- Upload documents to our internal and external websites, document storage drives, and other software as needed
- Perform accounting tasks: transaction categorization, reconciliation, and validation
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor management, and invoice issuance

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Philadelphia, PA: Be able to travel to New York City as required several times per year
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in related positon in the tax or financial services sector
- Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce (or equivalent client resource manager), Quickbooks, Word, Excel. Intuit Lacerte is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team environment
