Job description

As the UK’s largest choice of properties for sale and to rent, our aim is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team.


Location: Field Based covering BA, BH, DT, EX, PL, SO, SP, TA, TQ, TR postcodes

Reporting to: Area Director

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + £15,000 OTE & company car


The role


To effectively manage a designated number of New Homes and Developer accounts to achieve individual revenue goals through existing business and converting new business opportunities, contributing to the overall delivery of commercial targets.


What you’ll be doing


·        Achieve individual sales revenue and activity targets.

·        Convert new business prospects in the region.

·        Maintain and grow business in the area.

·        Design and implement tailored strategic account plans.

·        Ensure completion of all elements of strategic account plans.

·        Deliver first-class account management with regular reviews and feedback.

·        Present to large groups as needed.

·        Ensure accounts understand Rightmove products, pricing, and value-added solutions.

·        Coordinate with internal support functions for smooth billing, administration, and sales reports.

·        Interpret data in review meetings to help customers understand their business and market.

·        Manage day-to-day relationships with external parties.

·        Resolve customer queries and disputes, including aged debt and invoice issues.

·        Act as a positive role model and ambassador of Rightmove values.

·        Take responsibility for self-development and team collaboration.


What you’ll bring to the role


·        Proven outstanding sales and negotiation skills while consistently overachieving targets

·        Excellent relationship-building and account management skills  

·        Ability to interact and deal with all levels of businesses

·        Experience working in a multi-product environment

·        A good level of industry knowledge with demonstrable

·        business acumen
