Informatica Engineer

Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking a skilled Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) Consultant to join our Enterprise Business Systems team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and support of data warehousing and data integration solutions using Informatica, coupled with a strong background in AWS services.

You must reside in Wisconsin to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities:

Mentor team members in creating and implementing Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) integrations.

Design and contribute to IICS integrations for future-state HR and financial ancillary systems.

Collaborate with the Development team and leads in regular meetings.

Participate in stand-up meetings and Sprint Reviews to report on work progress.

Work closely with Functional Business Analysts and Testing Leads to troubleshoot issues and discuss problem resolution.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and support of data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

Proven experience developing ETL integrations.

3 years of experience implementing batch and real-time data integration frameworks and/or applications.

Proficiency in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for bulk data ingestion.

Experience interfacing with various Operating Systems at the command-line level, including Linux and Windows.

Strong understanding of data analysis, data and process modeling, and relational database concepts.

Solid understanding of integration patterns and best practices.

3 years of experience integrating Informatica Cloud with applications such as Salesforce and Workday.

Experience working in higher education institutions.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience with Workday implementations.

Proficiency with AWS services, including AWS DMS, Amazon S3, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Redshift, Airflow, and other AWS tools and services.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.

Experience with Python coding is advantageous.

Experience with JIRA for issue tracking and resolution.

Familiarity with GitHub is a plus, as it may be used in the future.
