Job Responsibilities: 1. Open to all genders, Taiwanese, Malaysian, and Vietnamese nationals preferred. 2. Manage resumes and ensure information confidentiality, handle interview scheduling, and track progress to ensure a smooth interview process. 3. Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 4. Expand the company's recruitment channels, write and update recruitment copy.
Requirements: 1. Fluent in Chinese or Vietnamese, basic English proficiency. 2. Strong judgment, good ability to handle pressure, and a sense of teamwork. 3. Highly responsible, meticulous with strong language expression, adaptability, communication, and organizational coordination skills. 4. Confident and enthusiastic, able to create a friendly impression for job applicants, and uphold a positive company image. 5. Priority given to candidates with an extensive network of potential talents or headhunting resources.
