Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Assessor/Interviewer specializing in Frontend Development with a focus on AngularJS to join our team. This advanced role involves evaluating technical candidates for various senior-level frontend development positions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit. The ideal candidate will possess a deep expertise in AngularJS development methodologies, tools, and practices, along with a strong ability to mentor and guide the technical assessment process.


Responsibilities:


Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level AngularJS development positions, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest AngularJS development trends, tools, and best practices.

Collaborate closely with the HR and development teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly.

Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AngularJS technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant.

Facilitate in-depth technical workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates’ hands-on skills in a collaborative environment.

Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers, providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in frontend development roles, with at least 5 years specializing in AngularJS development.

Deep understanding of AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., ngRx).

Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, npm, yarn).

Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor others.

Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews.

Up-to-date knowledge of the latest AngularJS development trends and best practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:


Advanced certifications in AngularJS or related frontend development technologies.

Significant experience in a technical hiring or technical assessment role.

Leadership or managerial experience in a frontend development team, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding team members.

Experience contributing to open-source AngularJS projects or communities.

Familiarity with testing technologies such as Jasmine, Protractor, Karma.

Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.
