  • Position: Band 6 Locum Paediatric Dietitian
  • Banding: 6
  • Location: London
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week, reduced hours considered)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Rate: £25.00 – £28.00 P/H

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Locum Paediatric Dietitian to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dietetic care to both inpatients and outpatients in a paediatric setting. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement nutritional interventions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This role requires on-site presence, and remote working is not an option.

What will you be doing in this Dietetics role?

The Band 6 Locum Paediatric Dietitian will provide comprehensive dietetic assessments and interventions for paediatric patients, both inpatient and outpatient. Your role will involve developing and delivering tailored nutrition plans, liaising with other healthcare professionals to support patient care, and ensuring that all dietetic practices meet the highest standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in clinical audits, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Dietitian
  • Proven paediatric experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work on-site in London (remote working is not available)
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week, with flexibility for reduced hours)
