Front Office Executive: The Role Is Expected To Proactively Support Associates. It Is Expected That Through The Formation Of Positive Relationships And Responsive Service, It Will Gain A Clear Understanding Of The Business Issues, And Thus The Ability To Partner Effectively In Meeting The Office Sustenance Needs.
Facilities
Be The Face Of WTW
Manage All Incoming And Outgoing Calls
Greet Customers/Visitors On Arrival, Receive, Inform And Guide Them Including Coordination With Colleagues
Responsible For The Upkeep Of The Front Office, Including Newspapers And Subscriptions
Coordinate For Flower Arrangements During Events
All Visitors To The Company Would Be Received By The Front Office Executive
The Concerned Employee Would Be Informed Of The Visitor, His Organization And Purpose Of His Visit
Coordinate With Security In Ensuring Only Authorized Persons Access The Facility
Issue Visitor Access Badges/Consent Forms To Only Authorized Visitors Entering Company Premises For Official Purposes
To Ensure That All Visitors Entering Company Premises Duly Escorted By The Host Or His/Her Representative
Managing Support Staff Attendance & Grooming
Manage Housekeeping Issues Of Front Office And Meeting Rooms
Supporting Leadership Visits And Events
Managing Medical Room
Cafeteria Event Booking
Supporting The New Ways To Work Program :-
Strive For Service Excellence And Process Improvement For All Other Corporate Functions In India
