Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update the team database of existing partnerships and engagements; follow up on existing leads and monitor the progress of open engagements
  • Manage communication with various internal and external teams, building and fostering relationships and collaborations
  • Provide proactive support for other business processes within the team's scope to meet program and project needs
  • Collect feedback and program data, analyze, prepare, and present insights and results to the Program Lead
  • Coordinate the team calendar, process and prioritize requests, manage scheduling, and prepare summaries and follow-ups


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project administration, account operations, or similar roles with excellent coordination skills and the ability to oversee multiple work streams
  • Comfortable interacting and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Great time management skills, ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage your own tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to use various functions to effectively process and manage information and data
  • English Level Writing/Speaking C1

  • Experience in partnership, account management positions, or similar roles
  • Experience as a member or leader of a community (developers community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations)
