1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With over 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking an Account Manager, Enterprise to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Manager of Account Management, Enterprise Brands, the Account Manager, Enterprise will play a key role in renewing and upselling existing accounts for 1WorldSync.
As an Account Manager, Enterprise at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Build a territory plan to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling
Strategic account planning
Create & articulate compelling value propositions around 1WS services
Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate across business units to identify cross-sell opportunities
Complete renewals while minimizing churn and maximizing price increases
Attain Purchase Order (if needed) in order for the deal to officially be booked
Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring the company’s goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved
Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate customer needs.
Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc. Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts

Industry experience in eCommerce is preferred
Proven skills in consultative sales experience for products/solutions that affect multiple areas of a business
Demonstrated success using excellent sales organization skills, attention to detail, and customer focus

Additional Details:
This is preferred to be a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Chicago headquarters location, but open to remote in any of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI.
This role requires the candidate to have the authority to work in, and be located in the US.
This position requires up to 30% travel.
