Job Description:

Phreesia is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing Provider Solutions team! As an Account Manager at Phreesia, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the expansion of our existing customer relationships. Your primary focus will be on fostering long-term partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to provide additional value through our solutions.  You will also be responsible for managing a pipeline to achieve designated objectives & growth metrics.  You will be responsible for leading a proven sales process for Phreesia’s comprehensive platform, communicating our value proposition, and consistently progressing an active sales pipeline.

What You'll Do:

  • Meet assigned objectives, growth & expected contribution metrics by meeting and exceeding individual and team based existing customer sales targets. 
  • Leverage knowledge of SaaS based and consultative selling methodologies to successfully navigate varying conversations with multiple stakeholders across complex in a complex sales environment  
  • Manage an active pipeline by consistently updating CRM, updating cross-functional team of issues/risks/progress with accurate forecasting 
  • Define product solutions and execute on an account plan for complex sales opportunities 
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Client Solutions, Sales Operations, DealDesk, Account Owners, Clinical Support, and Phreesia Leadership to meet sales objectives & prospects needs aligning them with organizational goals 
  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders on unique pricing strategies for complex sales opportunities 
  • Leads and participates in cross-functional cadence calls, both internal & external 
  • Collaborates with Customer Solutions, when appropriate, on client escalations leveraging prior history and prospect relationships in retention/issue resolution efforts 

  • Help build & deliver client business reviews to showcase value when there is an opportunity for client expansion and/or upsell. 
  • Write/Create prospect-facing proposals and executive-level presentations with a mastery of delivering information that resonates with the needs of the prospect, anticipates objections/risks, exhibits thoughtful research, and draws on their experience in healthcare 
  • Participate in prospect/customer engagement activities (webinars, trade shows, customer events, etc.) 
  • Assist in sales training and mentorship programs 

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 5 years of experience successfully managing a sales pipeline. (SaaS, Healthcare, Health IT, or Technology sales experience preferred)
  • Proven and verifiable record of consistent, successful sales production with increasing responsibilities 
  • Confident in selling in both 1:1 and 1:many situations 
  • Ability to communicate with senior and executive level decision makers 
  • Ability to identify challenges that clients & prospects are facing and aligning those with Phreesia’s value propositions 
  • Demonstrated business writing & presentation capability 
  • Experience in a remote-selling mode using a structured sales process with a variety of stakeholders 
  • Experience managing a pipeline within a CRM software tool such as Salesforce.com  
  • Ability to travel on-site to meet with clients as needed. Estimated at 25%.

Base pay for US is $140k - $160k annually. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. Certain positions are also eligible for variable pay and/or equity; your recruiter will discuss the full compensation package details.
